What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at getbabybreeze@gmail.com.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer direct exchanges. The most efficient way to obtain a different product is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
What should I do if I received the wrong product?
If your product arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order immediately and contact us at getbabybreeze@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
We are so sorry! Please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at getbabybreeze@gmail.com and include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will quickly arrange for a free replacement or a full refund.
